Commercial Expertise and Delegated Authority

We hold delegated authority with several carriers, which means we can bind coverage and issue policies in-house for certain commercial lines. We also run in-house programs for builders risk and rental property insurance, giving us faster turnaround and more competitive pricing than brokers who have to go to market every time. If you need a certificate of insurance for a job, we can usually get it done the same day.
