Roughley Insurance started in Oshawa eighty years ago when it was a GM town. The plant defined the city. A lot has changed since then. We’ve watched Oshawa go through the boom years, the layoffs, the uncertainty, and now the reinvention. We’ve been here for all of it.

Three generations of the Roughley family have run this brokerage. A lot of our clients are second- and third-generation too. That kind of continuity is unusual in this industry and we don’t take it for granted.
